POSTAGE & PACKING
Standard postage charge: £4.90 (incl VAT - UK mainland)
Free postage: orders over £60 (UK mainland - outside of UK mainland, orders over £60 will receive £4.90 refund of their total postage cost (see below)
Non-mainland UK postcodes and europe, rest of the world: Postage charged at cost. Please make your purchase and you will be sent a paypal invoice for the additional amount. Alternatively, for a quote before your make your purchase, please email your order to mail@busybynature.com. Orders over £60 will receive £4.90 paypal refund of total postage cost.
Express delivery option: we can arrange express delivery on request, subject to stock availability. The charge is £8.50 (UK mainland). Please e-mail your order to request this service. Please include a phone number in your email.
Standard delivery method - combined parcel weight of up to 1000g, via Royal Mail, second class, signed for. Combined parcel weight of 1kg or over, via 'parcel2go' courier services - track your parcel at www.parcel2go.com.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to have orders dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Our outside delivery time is 14 working days (though on occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be longer).
If it seems the order may take longer than 7 working days, we will contact the customer.
If you need something sending urgently - please e-mail us with your order and your delivery requirements. We can let you know when we will be able to dispatch and quote for express delivery if required.
AVAILABILITY
We source our products from a range of suppliers - some in the UK, some in Germany, some mass produced items and some made in cottage-industry size operations. Dependent on demand, it is possible that some items may run low - most items can be re-stocked within a week, but some items may take longer. If we are unable to restock and deliver any item within our specified timeframe, we will make it our priority to inform customers are soon as possible. The customer would then be offered the option to either wait for the new stock (back order) or have a full refund.
We do our best to avoid these situations. Please order early to avoid disappointment - this is especially important at Christmas time.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us and we want customers to know that they are safe shopping with us. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the item you have received, please let us know (mail@busybynature.com). Any item can be returned for either a curtious exchange or a full refund of the purchase price, within 14 days of receipt. Postage charges are not refunded unless you are returning faulty goods.
To return an item, please e-mail us with your date of order and return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all components, labels etc.
Claims for damaged or missing goods from your delivery need to be made within 3 days of receipt of the package.
When returning the goods, please note that you are responsible for the package until it reaches you. You may use a delivery method of your choice, but please ensure your delivery option has adequate insurance to cover the goods you are posting. We recommend Parcel2go or Royal Mail services, both of chich offer the option to purchase additional insurance.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our mailing list is for use by Busybynature Ltd only. We respect your privacy and would not pass on any of your details to any other company. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list at any time, please e-mail to let us know at mail@busybynature.com.

We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit or debit cards through paypal (follow directions on the website to add items to your basket and checkout with paypal).
Cheque or postal order: please e-mail or post your order, Send a cheque or postal order to us (Busybynature Ltd. 49 Victoria Grove, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 5NJ). We will dispatch your order once the cheque / postal order has been cleared.
Invoice / purchase order - send your order via e-mail or post. We will raise an invoice and dispatch once payment has been received.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Online payments by credit or debit card - our online payments are processed through paypal, which is a secure site that is trusted world wide. You will receive confirmation of payment from paypal. Upon payment through Paypal, Paypal send us. at Busybynature Ltd, details of the order and your postal address. They do you disclose your card details to us. We do not have access to your payment details for payments made directly on our website.
